To access the full features of the ace 58 Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ace 58 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
You must notify ace 58 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
ace 58 is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all registered users. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
ace 58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. ace 58 may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
ace 58 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
ace 58 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers.
ace 58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational players and may not be available to users who have been identified as professional gamblers or bonus hunters.
All games available on the ace 58 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to the individual game rules published within each game interface. ace 58 does not control the outcome of any game; all results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the Platform. ace 58 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return for any individual gaming session. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during the malfunction will be refunded to the user's account balance. ace 58's decision in such matters is final.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC and AML checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace 58, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
ace 58's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace 58 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ace 58's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
ace 58 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which we collect, use, and protect your personal information is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to ace 58's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
Users who are dissatisfied with ace 58's handling of a complaint may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
ace 58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ace 58 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
